These are tantalium caps available at LCSC and possible others.

Changes done during import:
* Part number was ESP32-C3-MINI-1. Changed to ESP32-C3-MINI-1-N4
  (-40°C to 85°C version).
* Removed a duplicate GND-Pin from symbol.
* Updated Description to contain flash size.
* Updated pin description of IO2, IO4 and IO5 to match the datasheet.
* Added straps to pin descriptions.
* Updated position of pad 51 in the footprint by 0.1mm.

These are parts I have sucessfully used in past designs.
I have ported the symbol fields from my internal representation to our
new representation.

Most parts use footprints from the standard kicad lib.
