Draft: Special laptops

Some laptops required extra steps in setup, e.g. Surface Laptop and Fujitsu 559. Especially Surface needs extra packages from add. repository which is not proxied at HeyAlter Setup. So complex redesign of setup steps untangling network setup and update scripts.

Ubuntu 22.04 includes some snaps, so it can be simplified.

curl set.up no longer needed.
