Removed getting fonts from Google

darkbit requested to merge darkbit/ffbs-website:nogoogle into testbed

The bootstrap.css previously imported the OpenSans fonts from Google. Using https://google-webfonts-helper.herokuapp.com/ all the referenced fonts were downloaded and are now served locally.
