The Archer C7 v2 needs a different factory image depending on the region
(EU or US); this got lost during the ar71xx -> ath79 migration.

The OpenWrt factory image without a region suffix is only installable on
very old TP-Link firmwares from before the region split was introduced.
The region-specific firmware works for both old and new TP-Link firmwares.

find_phy() did not match OpenWrt's logic for PHY names anymore, and
could not handle PHYs that don't match the 'phyX' naming scheme. Instead
of trying to add more complex logic to our own code, simply do what
OpenWrt does and use iwinfo to resolve UCI sections to PHY names.

[v2023.2.x] modules: update {OpenWrt,packages} to latest HEAD

Excessive broadcast traffic with little competing unicast traffic can easily
flood hardware queues, leading to throughput issues. Additionally, filling
the hardware queues with too many packets breaks FQ for broadcast data.
Fix this by enabling AQL for broadcast packets.

image-customization.lua has replaced GLUON_FEATURES and
GLUON_SITE_PACKAGES, so the file is always required to build a useful
Gluon image. In addition, not only 'file not found' errors were ignored,
but also all other Lua load errors, resulting in a build with empty
image customization when the file was not valid.

We need to pass the `z` option with the volume mount so it gets labeled
correctly and access is possible on SELinux-enabled systems. On systems
without SELinux, the flag is a no-op.
