Drop iw-connect patch for openwrt

This patch was needed for gluon < v2018.2 since it was based on
lede that had the 'iw connect' feature disabled.

Since gluon v2018.2 openwrt is used that seems to have 'iw connect'
enabled by default.

I will park this patch here for future reference.
