WIP: Make HTML more firendly for screen readers

Tim requested to merge dadada/homepage:dadada/screen-reader into chrissi/flamingo

There are too many divs and not enough HTML5. Open in firefox Web Developer Tools and select Accessibility to get the syntax tree for that would be passed to the screen reader.

This MR breaks still some CSS rules. Therefore WIP
