Problem:

The zipper is broken because the sliding part is missing or fatally deformed.
Solution:
1.
Open zipper.FCStd in FreeCAD and adjust dimensions as required.
There is an extra spreadsheet object which has the thread dimensions.
Height only determines the connector rod length, the actual height
is determined flexibly during assembly.
2.
Print the two parts. It's probably wise not to align the layers parallel
to the connector rod. Also good idea to keep the thread-facing sides up
so they don't get charred by support attachment.
3.
Assemble the two parts around the zipper (press sufficiently hard).
4.
Weld the connecting rod at the bottom side with a soldering iron (or other point heat source).
Soldering iron at the same temperature as the nozzle during printing is about right.
